Bishop Robert C. Morlino prays the Rosary at the 40 Days for Life Vigil on October 30, 2009, with a large group of supporters. The vigil came to a close November 1, but a victory rally is expected to be held the morning of Saturday, Nov. 14, to mark the successful display of prayer and hope in front of the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic on Madison’s east side.
