Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Below you will see a small number of new priest assignments for our diocese which will occur out of the ordinary time frame at the start of the summer. The very first of these changes involves Msgr. Dan Ganshert and I want to take this opportunity publicly to thank him. In agreeing to assume the duties of Vicar General in the Spring of 2008 Msgr. Ganshert was faced with a number of very significant tasks. He has taken on these tasks and handled them in an outstanding manner and, so much having been done, I have granted his request to return full-time to parish life — where Msgr. Ganshert has excelled for so many years. Please join me in thanking Msgr. Ganshert for his continued service to our diocese.
