WATERTOWN — Watertown GIFT will be sponsoring an “Easter Prayer Service for Peace and Families” and potluck supper on Sunday, April 26, at 2 p.m., at St. Bernard Parish, 114 Church St., Watertown. Everyone is welcome.
Guest speakers will be Dick and Terry Boldin, cofounders of the Rosary Evangelization Apostolate. The Boldins, of Oak Creek, are the custodians of the last Eucharistic Monstrance for Adoration for Vocations blessed by Pope John Paul II before his death in 2005.
This monstrance will be used for Eucharistic Adoration beginning at 2 p.m. The prayer service will be a reflection on Easter, Divine Mercy, Reconciliation, and the Eucharist. It will conclude with Benediction at 3:30 p.m. A potluck supper in the parish center will complete the afternoon.
