The 2019 St. Thomas Aquinas Dinner and Lecture will be held on Thursday, Jan. 24, at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Madison.
Relic of St. Jean Vianney available for veneration at Holy Hill
HUBERTUS, Wis. — The relic of the Incorruptible Heart of St. Jean (John) Vianney will be available for veneration at the Basilica and National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians at Holy Hill in Hubertus on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 23 and 24.
A six-month tour is taking the holy relic of the saint — popularly known as the Cure d’Ars — across the United States. The heart relic of St. Jean Vianney will visit cathedrals, churches, chapels, and seminaries.
Help preserve the places where Jesus lived
Easter is early this year (Sunday, April 1), so we will soon be starting Holy Week on Palm Sunday, March 25.
At this time, our thoughts and prayers turn to what happened in Jerusalem during Our Lord’s passion, death, and resurrection.

Celebrating persons with disabilities
MADISON — Parishes throughout the Diocese of Madison are taking advantage of a program developed and sponsored by the Apostolate for Persons with Disabilities-Diocese of Madison (Apostolate to the Handicapped).
Recently, nearly 50 people gathered at Blessed Trinity Parish in Lodi to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of parishioners with disabilities as part of a Blessed Margaret Celebration.
Support the Annual Catholic Appeal
This is the time of year when Catholics throughout the Diocese of Madison are hearing and reading about the Annual Catholic Appeal (ACA).
Members of parishes have received a letter and pledge form from Bishop Robert C. Morlino. An insert about the appeal was distributed in parishes and also included in the Catholic Herald. This past weekend, we watched a video message from the Diocese of Madison in our parishes.
