Dear Friends,
“With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption (Ps 130:7).” We were reminded in the Responsorial Psalm of this past Sunday. And these are precisely the thoughts to which we should turn our minds and hearts as we come upon Holy Week, Easter, and the celebration of His Divine Mercy.
I would like to take a look briefly at the three major ideas in the above verse, “With the Lord there is mercy and fullness of redemption.”
What does it mean to be ‘with the Lord’?

Preparation for Divine Mercy Sunday
Divine Mercy Parish (St. Aloysius Church, Sauk City) and St. Mary Parish in Merrimac will begin a 40 day preparation for Divine Mercy Sunday on Wednesday, March 23.

Divine Mercy Sunday will be celebrated on April 11 at St. Aloysius Church, 115 Madison St., in Sauk City. The festivities will begin at 12:30 p.m. and conclude with the holy sacrifice of the Mass celebrated by Bishop Robert C. Morlino at 4 p.m.
Celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday and merger
Divine Mercy Sunday will be celebrated on Sunday, April 11, at St. Aloysius Church on 115 Madison St., in Sauk City. The festivities will begin at 12:30 p.m. and conclude with a Mass celebrated by Bishop Robert C. Morlino at 4 p.m. This special Mass will also celebrate the day that St. Aloysius, St. Mary, and St. Camillus Parishes are merged into Divine Mercy Parish.
