MADISON — The Madison Catholic Woman’s Club invites all the women of the diocese to a benefit dessert and fashion show.
Christopher & Banks and CJ Banks at Greenway Station in Middleton will present the “Color Me Autumn” Style Show at the St. Peter Church Social Center, 5001 N. Sherman Ave. in Madison, on Monday, Sept. 9. Dessert will be served at 12 noon with the fashion show beginning at 12:30 p.m.
The event helps support the club’s educational and charitable projects. The club gave $16,638 in contributions in the past year to such organizations as the Apostolate to the Handicapped, Pregnancy Helpline, Women’s Care Center, Camp Gray, Catholic Multicultural Center, Elizabeth Seton House, Luke House, Our Lady of Hope Clinic, Rachel’s Vineyard, St. Mary’s Hospital, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and the Triangle Parish Nurse Program.
They also gave donations to Edgewood High School, St. Ambrose Academy, and the St. Joseph Endowment Fund for the education of seminarians.
The cost for the style show is $6 per person. Checks should be made payable to “Madison Catholic Woman’s Club.”

The Madison Catholic Woman’s Club is also making plans for a special Day of Renewal to be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at St. Bernard Parish in Middleton. This event will be co-sponsored by the Madison Diocesan Council of Catholic Women. Catholic music evangelist Randy Albright will provide a musical celebration of Mary for the Day of Renewal.
