MADISON — You have a chance to see St Maria Goretti (SMG) School in Madison and its mission of discipleship through knowledge, service, prayer, and community.
The school’s “Show and Tell” days take place on Wednesdays during the months of March and April.
SMG School has a Catholic liberal arts curriculum that enhances critical thinking and is a platform for developing communication and problem solving skills.
The school has new materials in history, math, literacy, English, physical education, Spanish, as well as new opportunities in art and music.
Students also get to experience intangible benefits one receives by engaging in service projects.
The staff and students pray together as an integral part of their week which helps children develop their own way of praying.

The school’s book fair will be taking place in the corridor of the church, 5313 Flad Ave., Madison on Saturday, March 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. and Sunday, March 12, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will be Catholic books for children, teens, and adults from the Augustine Institute and Ignatius Press.
Also available will be selections from Blue Ribbon Book Fairs at Readola.com
