Spring Wine Fest returns on Friday, May 3. The event is a festive reunion for alumni, benefactors, and Catholics from all over the Midwest, benefitting the mission of Saint Paul’s Catholic Student Center.
“If it’s true that wherever the Catholic sun doth shine that there is song and dance and good red wine, then you don’t want to miss the Saint Paul’s Wine Fest where you will hear about how bright the Catholic sun is shining on the campus of UW-Madison!” said Fr. Eric Sternberg, pastor and executive director of Saint Paul’s Catholic Student Center.
You’re invited to join the young people, generous supporters, and friends of the Catholic Center at this year’s Spring Wine Fest.
Saint Paul’s mission
The center, located near UW-Madison’s campus, serves the 49,000 students attending the university. Saint Paul’s presence has brought life and faith to campus through outreach, extensive ministry programming, and formation to thousands of students each year.
Its goal is to help students encounter God in His Church through prayer, sacraments, and community, and from this encounter to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.
Saint Paul’s provides intellectual and personal formation to equip young people to share the faith with the world and be leaders in families, business, and society at large. Countless alumni of Saint Paul’s still reside in the Diocese of Madison and have a profound impact on our local parishes and communities.

The Spring Wine Fest starts with a joyful reunion over wine and beer tasting.
There will be eight different wines from a variety of states and countries.

Dinner will commence, followed by a program featuring live testimonials from students on how Saint Paul’s has impacted their lives, faith formation, and vocational discernment. Guests are sure to walk away with hope that Saint Paul’s mission will impact the community and state.
