MADISON — In response to the needs of families who desire a Catholic high school for their students, The Office of Schools in the Diocese of Madison has announced the founding of Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy. It is a new Catholic high school in the diocese opening this coming 2022-2023 school year.
Powered by Catholic Virtual, Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy will allow us to offer an exceptional experience to our families who currently don’t have a Catholic high school option in their communities.
Some of the benefits of this new school will be:
- Classes that have been designed with online learning and Catholic values in mind giving children an authentic Catholic online learning experience.
- Classes that incorporate both asynchronous (self-paced) and synchronous (teacher-led live sessions) components.
- Streamlined, fully integrated learning platforms, offering students access to all classwork from one location.
- Parental access to student pacing and performance through a guardian account.
- An extensive library of core subjects, engaging electives, and religion classes, ensuring that students are nurtured both academically and spiritually.
