MOUNT HOREB — Ava Leia Czyzewski, age three, of Mount Horeb, died on Friday, October 15, 2010, at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 27, 2007, to Ryan and Amy (Hefty) Czyzewski in Madison, Wis. Ava was a very loving girl who always gave hugs and kisses. She loved all her friends and was so excited to be going to preschool with her pink backpack in tow. Ava was a great big sister and taught her sister so many things. She was definitely our girly girl and loved to wear pretty dresses, bows in her hair, and anything with princesses. Our “Miss Ava” brought everyone joy, happiness, laughter, and spirit.
Ava is survived by her parents, Ryan and Amy Czyzewski of Mount Horeb; her sister, Jaina; and her grandparents: Steve and Judy Hefty of Mount Horeb and Ken and Bonnie Czyzewski of Hartland. She is also survived by her great-grandparents: Wilbert and Charlotte Hefty and Kenneth and Margene Walstad of Mount Horeb, Elizabeth Kraus of Waukesha, and Lillian Czyzewski of Chicago; her uncles and aunts: Brad (Michele) Czyzewski, Eric (Monica) Czyzewski, Chad (Janelle) Hefty, Kayla Hefty, and Lance Hefty as well as her five cousins whom she was very close to.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Walter Kraus.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Mount Horeb. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 18, at Ellestad Camacho Funeral Home, 500 N. 8th St., Mount Horeb.
The family would like to thank all friends, family, and the entire community for their support and prayers during this difficult time. A special thanks to American Family Children’s Hospital for the wonderful loving care they gave Ava. As Ava would say, “I miss you so much,” and now we say back to her “We will miss you so much.” May you rest in peace with our Lord and forever be our guardian angel.
