Diocesan convention
BARABOO — Join Catholic women from the diocese to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Madison Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (MDCCW) and “Find Grace through Faith, Trust, & Patience” at the annual MDCCW convention.
The Sauk Vicariate will host this event, beginning the afternoon of Tuesday, May 20, and continuing the next day at the Clarion Hotel & Convention Center, 626 Hwy. 12, Baraboo.
MDCCW President Coreen Marklein invites women to come for one or both days to learn, pray, socialize, and share their gifts. The registration form and agenda with information on workshops, speakers, and service projects can be found on the website at www.mdccw.com and in the spring newsletter (also on the website).All women of the Diocese of Madison are welcome to attend. Grant Vicariate
KIELER — The Grant Vicariate Council of Catholic Women will hold it spring meeting Tuesday, April 29, at Immaculate Conception Church, Kieler.
Registration starts at 4 p.m., with the business meeting at 4:30 and a concelebrated Mass at 5:30, with Msgr. Duane Moellenberndt, Sun Prairie, as homilist.
Dinner will be at 6:30, followed by entertainment provided by Key of God musicians.

The basket raffle fundraiser will be for the Women’s Care Center.
West Dane Vicariate
MOUNT HOREB — West Dane Vicariate Council of Catholic Women will meet Tuesday, May 6, at St. Ignatius Church, Mount Horeb, with registration at 8:30 a.m. The theme is “Nurturing the Seeds of Faith.”
Dr. Michael Kloess, family practitioner at Our Lady of Hope Clinic, a non-profit, pro-life clinic in Madison, will be the speaker. He will share how he sows the seeds of faith through his work at the clinic as well as through his medical mission trips.
Fr. Larry Bowens, Lime Ridge, will concelebrate the Mass with attending pastors. The Offertory collection will go to Dr. Kloess for missions or for the clinic. Participants are also asked to bring personal care items such as soap, razors, shampoo, and combs. They will go to either the seminarians or to St Vincent de Paul.

Columbia North Vicariate
PARDEEVILLE — Columbia North Vicariate invites Catholic women to its spring meeting Tuesday, May 13, at St. Mary of the Most Holy Rosary Church, 318 S. Main St., Pardeeville.
Registration is at 3 p.m., followed by the business meeting at 3:45 and Mass at 5. Msgr. Duane Moellenbernt, Sun Prairie, will be the homilist at the concelebrated Mass in honor of Our Lady of Fatima.
Diane Andraska, past president of the La Crosse Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, will speak on “Our Lady Undoer of Knots.” A gifted painter and speaker, Andraska uses her talents to express her Catholic faith. She will talk about “Mary’s powerful and loving intercession as she undoes the knots of worry and heartache in our lives.”
Dinner will be served at 6 by Edith’s Catering. The designated charity is the Portage River Haven Homeless Shelter.
