• Rev. Patrick Norris, O.P., to chaplain, SSM Health Care of Wisconsin, Inc. in the Diocese of Madison, per canon 564, from pastor, Blessed Sacrament Parish, Madison, effective July 1, 2012.
• Rev. Clinton Honkomp, O.P., to pastor, Blessed Sacrament Parish, Madison, per canon 522, for a term of six years with the possibility of renewal, effective July 1, 2012.
