- Rev. Brian Dulli, to diocesan judge, per canon 1421, effective December 6, 2012, for a period of five years, while remaining as pastor, St. Peter Parish, Ashton, and St. Martin of Tours Parish, Martinsville
- Rev. Miguel Galvez, SJS, to parochial administrator, Queen of All Saints Parish, Fennimore,comprised of St. Mary Parish, Fennimore, St. John Nepomuc Parish, Castle Rock, and St. Lawrence O’Toole Parish, Mt. Hope, per canon 539, from parochial administrator, St. Mary Parish, Fennimore, St. John Nepomuc Parish, Castle Rock, and St. Lawrence O’Toole Parish, Mt. Hope, effective January 1, 2013.
- Rev. Msgr. Michael Hippee, JCL, to diocesan judge, per canon 1421, effective January 6, 2013, for a period of one year, from Judicial Vicar, per acceptance of resignation based on canon 189, effective January 6, 2013, while remaining as pastor, St. Bernard Parish, Madison.
- Rev. Tait Schroeder, JCD, to Judicial Vicar, per canon 1420, effective January 7, 2013, for a period of five years, from doctoral studies in canon law at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome.
- Rev. Sungmo Yu, a priest of the Diocese of Incheon, to chaplain, Korean Catholic Community in the Diocese of Madison, per canon 564, effective January 1, 2013.
- Tim Cavanaugh, JCL, to diocesan judge, per canon 1421, effective January 17, 2012, for a period of two years, from promoter of justice and defender of the bond.
- Bryna Fassino, to moderator of the Tribunal Chancery, per norm of article 61 of the instruction Dignitas Connubii, for a period of two years, effective December 17, 2012.
- Paul Matenaer, JCL, to promoter of justice, per canon 1430, effective January 7, 2013, for a period of two years, and to defender of the bond, per canon 1432, effective January 7, 2013, for a period of two years, from licentiate studies in canon law at St. Paul University, Ottawa.
