MADISON — The St. Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Madison invites all to attend the Madison Diocesan Red Mass on Sunday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. at Saint Patrick Church, 404 E. Main St. Bishop Robert C. Morlino will be the celebrant and homilist.
St. Thomas More Societies are dedicated to fostering the high standards of ethics and professional responsibility exemplified by St. Thomas More, patron saint of government officials and lawyers. The Madison group meets on many first Fridays for prayer and to hear speakers on a variety of topics. The next meeting will feature Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack on Friday, Nov. 21.
All are welcome to the Red Mass. The luncheon following the Mass requires a reservation by October 17. The lunch costs $20 per person, payable by a check to the St. Thomas More Society and sent to Deb O’Brien, DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., 2 E. Mifflin St., Suite 600, Madison, WI 53703-2865.
