Summer organ concerts
SINSINAWA -- The Summer Organ Concert Recital series returns to Sinsinawa Mound at 7 p.m. every Wednesday evening in Queen of the Rosary Chapel from June through August.
Guest musicians from around the country play the Casavant pipe organ. The performances are free and open to the public.
The concert series features the following artists: June 1, Bruce A. Bengtson of Madison; June 8, Timothy Duhr of Clinton, Iowa; June 15, William Tinker of Sinsinawa, accompanied by Margaret Cornils on flute; June 22, Marie Rubis Bauer and Michael Bauer from Lawrence, Kan.; June 29, James Machan from Waukesha.
July 6, Dr. Karen Black from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa; July 13, Joanne Wright of Dubuque, Iowa; July 20, Dr. Sarah Mahler Hughes of Ripon; July 27, Sr. M. Arnold Staudt of Sioux City, Iowa.

Photography exhibit
SINSINAWA -- The Sinsinawa Mound Art Gallery will feature black and white photography by Irene Colston with the exhibition "The OTHER Voices of Auschwitz" from June 5 through July 31, with an opening reception Sunday, June 5, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Colston says, "This exhibition is not meant to diminish what happened to the Jews. Rather, it is meant to honor all of the non-Jews who were put to death at Auschwitz - and to finally give their stories a voice."

MADISON -- Madison Originals, a group of locally owned and independent restaurants, invites the public to an evening of food, music, and drink at the Madison Originals Garden Party on Wednesday, June 8, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Agora Pavilion, 5511 E. Cheryl Pkwy., Fitchburg.

Concerts at Olbrich
MADISON -- June 7 through July 26, Olbrich Gardens will host its summer concert series in the gardens every Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and spread out for a picnic. In case of rain, concerts will be held indoors. A $1 donation is suggested.
