Oakwood Chamber Players concertMADISON -- The Oakwood Chamber players will present their final concerts of the season, A Nordic Expedition, on Friday, May 6, at 7:30 p.m. at First Unitarian Society, 900 University Bay Dr., Madison, and on Saturday, May 7, at 7:30 p.m. at Oakwood Village West Auditorium, 6209 Mineral Point Rd. A Nordic Expedition will feature: Sibelius, En Saga Septet for winds and strings; Grieg, Norwegian Dances for woodwind quintet; and Berwald, Septet for winds and strings. Guest artists are Wendy Buehl, violin; Carl Davick, double bass; Amanda King, bassoon; and Janse Vincent, viola. Individual tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for senior citizens; and $5 for students.
