Milwaukee: Irish Fest ( All Day )

The world's largest celebration of Irish and Celtic music and culture, the Milwaukee Irish Fest is equipped with a talent-packed lineup from August 17 to 20. The four-day festival showcases more than 100 entertainment acts on 17 stages at Henry W. Maier Festival Park, 639 E. Summerfest Pl. on Milwaukee's lakefront. From young to old, the festival holds something for all. Families can collect stamps for Pirate Paddy passports, catch daily parades, search for gold in the Leprechaun Village, and participate in highland games, crafts, and mini-golf. Marshall: Festival ( All Day )

Holy Family Parish Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 19 and 20, at 120 S. Beebe St. On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., there will be beer, brats, hamburgers, and hot dogs as well as a euchre and sheepshead tournament at 12 noon. On Sunday, there will be Mass at 10:30 a.m., grilled pork chop dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., bake sale, silent auction, kids games, raffle, and live music featuring the Soggy Prairie Boys from 1 to 3 p.m.

Lodi: Festival ( 11:00 am - 4:00 pm )

Blessed Trinity Parish will hold its End of Summer Festival on Sunday, Aug. 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Patrick Church, 521 Fair St. A Swiss steak and ham dinner will be served; carryouts are available. There will also be bounce houses, kids games, wagon rides, a free magic show, brats and hotdogs, sweet corn, beer and soda, bean bag tournament, bingo, Universal Sound Dance Band, country market, raffle, and silent auction. Princeton: Picnic ( 11:00 am - 3:00 pm )

St. John the Baptist Parish will hold a picnic rain or shine on Sunday, Aug. 20, at 1211 W. Main St. It will feature a beef and chicken dinner served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., bingo, games, raffle, music, refreshments, pony rides, and a car show. Courtesy carts available.
